Jewelry Returns
We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order is defective, we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price within 15 calendar days of your order. Item must be returned.
How to return your items:
- Please email us at kimberly@brandedinhisname.com to tell us what you need to return along with the invoice number and the reason for return. This helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.
- Return any defective items back to us in it’s original packaging with original tags along with a copy of your original invoice. Please choose return packaging that will protect the merchandise so as not to incur any further damage. Branded In His Name is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit. Please insure the package for the full purchase price.
Please note:
- Returns must be made within 15 calendar days of the order date on your invoice. FedEx and USPS have an outstanding delivery record, but if you do not receive your order on time, please contact us immediately. Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
- Branded In His Name reserves the right to charge a return service fee or 15%+ restocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines.
- Special order merchandise is not returnable. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
- International orders that are outside the United States will be handled on a case by case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.
Clothing and Gift Returns
Returns:
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Returns must be received in original, unused condition with a copy of the original invoice. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving a refund.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us immediately. If an item is received after the 15-day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges:
Send your unwanted item back within 15 days to receive a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). All unwanted items must be post marked within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment; no exceptions will be made.
You may purchase the new item immediately or wait until we receive the return. Once your return is processed we will refund the full purchase price minus shipping.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable/exchangeable:
- Clearance Items.
- Final Sale Items.
- Items returned that are over the 15 business days allotted.
- Custom items.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit, you will need to contact USPS for that! We suggest you insure packages for added protection.
