When will my order arrive?

All Branded In His Name apparel ships within 3-5 business days with the exception of Create Your Own shirts. Create Your Own shirts can take 7-10 days to ship.

Most jewelry ships within 2 business days. Fashion apparel ships in 3-10 business days.

Once your order is processed, we ship from Michigan, your choice of standard (3-6 days), priority mail (1-3 days), or FedEx (2-5 days) at checkout.

Please note- all international orders shipped USPS Priority are taking on average about 4-5 weeks to reach their destinations.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based of weight and carrier. We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority and FedEx Flat Rate. 

Can I use more than one coupon

Our system only allows for you to use one coupon at a time.

My item arrived damaged

If an item arrives damaged you will need to contact us immediately. Please take pictures of all packaging before opening if possible and pictures of the damage to the product.

We will replace damaged items. However, because we pay for insurance on all shipments, we will need proof to file damage claims to recoup our expenses. We require all damage be reported to us within 15 business days of receiving the package.

My package got lost in the mail

Every package we ship has tracking. You will receive those tracking numbers when your package ships. We ask that if you see that your package has not had a tracking update in a few days, you call your local post office or FedEx before reaching out to us. If you are unable to receive any updates that way then please let us know and we will investigate it ourselves.

We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office and your neighbors.

What is your cancellation policy?

We only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

What are the care instructions?

Please refer to the care tag in each garment for care instructions. Our Christian apparel should be washed inside out, cold gentle cycle. Tumble dry low/medium setting. Do not iron or dry clean.

Do you offer wholesales?

Yes- We offer wholesale to brick and mortar stores ONLY. Please contact us for more information and a wholesale application.

Do you donate to events, charity or causes?

Yes, we do but we are limited to how many we can commit to each year. Please contact us to discuss your donation request.

Do you take custom order?

If you can’t find what you are looking for in our create your own collections and have something in mind for a specific design, contact us. We are still accepting a few custom designed orders per year.
